Kenny Ackerman was a member of the Military Police Brigade’s First Interior Squad and the captain of the Anti-Personnel Control Squad when he was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2004. Kenny the Ripper was a notorious serial murderer who was renowned for slicing the throats of his victims. He was so good at evading capture that he became an urban legend known as Kenny the Ripper. After meeting and becoming friends with Uri Reiss, he went on to work for the Crown, but he secretly wished to gain the “God-like power” that the Reiss family wielded for himself as he did for them.
